Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the service
  • Technical Issues: If there are technical problems preventing you from using the service
  • Service Mismatch: If the service doesn't meet the specifications as advertised

3. Refund Process
